How do the alignment pins and joint connections work?

When we slice your 3D model, our software automatically generates male/female dowel pin holes or dovetail joints along the cut seams. We ship 3D printed alignment pins included in your kit. Simply place the pins into the sockets, apply your adhesive (CA glue or 2-part epoxy), and push the parts together—guaranteeing 100% accurate alignment without seam slippage!

Independent artists, sculptors, auto shops, signage studios, cafe owners, and furniture designers send us their 3D CAD files. We slice and print the raw high-strength structural parts, and ship the kit to the client, who assembles, hand-finishes, and delivers their piece to their clients.
What adhesive should I use to assemble the printed parts?

For PLA+ and PETG prints, thick Cyanoacrylate (CA Glue) with an aerosol activator spray works exceptionally fast. For high-stress structural joints, body kits, or colossal 6-foot+ statues, we recommend 5-minute 2-part Epoxy or 3D Pen plastic welding along internal hollows.
How noticeable are the seam lines between cut pieces?

We strategically cut along natural geometry contour lines (wrinkles, armor folds, muscle lines) whenever possible to minimize visible seams. Minor seam gaps can easily be smoothed out with filler primer, Bondo spot putty, or acrylic modeling paste before sanding and painting.
